In your 700-800 word essay, describe the topic and then imagine that you are a political leader involved in solving an issue or problem relevant to your topic. What would you do? What solutions would you propose and why? Explain and defend your reasoning. When quoting sources, make sure that you cite them properly and that you avoid plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional.
